This easy to make chocolate sauce is delicious over our pancakes and brownies. This is also a good sauce to use on ice creams and shakes. This recipe will stay good for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until there are no lumps.
Place on heat and keep stirring until it comes to a boil. Then reduce the heat to simmer.
Let the sauce simmer for about 25-30 minutes or until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Once the sauce cools, it will thicken a bit more.
Let it cool and pour into an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
