Since we sell only food items, we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges. All goods sold on our website do not qualify for returns since they are all perishables.
We can provide you an exchange in case of damage during delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with pictures of the damaged product. Decisions on these requests will be made on a case by case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days. The refund will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery options. For prepaid orders paid through net banking, debit or credit card, refunds will be made through the mode of payment. Exchanges will be shipped out on our next shipping cycle.
