Prepare the better as per the instructions on the back of the pack. Use 2 cups of milk instead of 1 and 2/3 cups as mentioned on the pack. The batter should be a little thinner for this recipe than for regular pancakes.
Prepare the pancakes and let them cool completely. If the pancakes are hot or warm, they will not be flexible to make rolls.
Mix brown sugar and milk until all the sugar is dissolved.
Spread the brown sugar glaze on top of all the pancakes.
Roll the pancakes and cut them into 1 inch slices. Secure with a toothpick.
