Coconut cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Chocolate Coconut pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar 
  • 1.5 Tbsp Milk

Instructions:
  • Prepare the better as per the instructions on the back of the pack. Use 2 cups of milk instead of 1 and 2/3 cups as mentioned on the pack. The batter should be a little thinner for this recipe than for regular pancakes.
  • Prepare the pancakes and let them cool completely. If the pancakes are hot or warm, they will not be flexible to make rolls. 
  • Mix brown sugar and milk until all the sugar is dissolved. 
  • Spread the brown sugar glaze on top of all the pancakes. 
  • Roll the pancakes and cut them into 1 inch slices. Secure with a toothpick.
