1 pack Vanilla pancake mix
1.5 cups milk
1 tbsp plain atta or maida
2Tbsp butter. (for the batter)
More butter for the tawa.
Peel the apple, cut them into rings. Use a knife or a small cookie cutter to remove the core from each slice.
Dust the rings with plain wheat flour.
Prepare the pancake mix batter as per the instructions on the pack.
Heat a non-stick or cast iron tawa on medium heat. Apply some butter/ghee to prevent the rings from sticking.
Dip the rings into the batter until fully covered and transfer to the tawa. Wait 2-3 minutes until the ring is browned on the bottom. Flip and let the other side also brown.
Finish of all the slices.
Serve with honey or chocolate syrup or any other fruit syrups.
